The organizations we work with tell our story best

We build and manage the IT infrastructure of more than 200 organizations across 12 provinces. Due to our confidentiality obligations, we do not publish client names publicly; below, we present our work through a sector breakdown and anonymized project examples.

Why don't we publish client names?

The network topology, security configuration and system inventory of the organizations we serve are trade secrets. To prevent this information from being linked to them even indirectly, and in line with the non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) we have signed, we do not share client names on public channels. Our sector reference list, together with the contact details of the relevant authorized persons, is shared with you directly and under confidentiality upon request during the proposal process.

Case Studies

Examples from our projects

In every project we first define the problem, then design the solution. The examples below describe the starting point, the solution we implemented and the outcome achieved.

Manufacturing

OT/IT segmentation and a new network backbone in a 12,000 m² plant

Manufacturing sector · ~180 users · 2024 · 8 weeks

Client name withheld under a non-disclosure agreement
Challenge
Production machinery and office computers were running on the same network; a single malware infection could have halted the entire line. The network backbone was 10 years old and unmanageable.
Solution
The fiber backbone was renewed, and the production and office networks were moved to separate VLANs. Traffic between them is passed through the firewall on a rule basis. Redundant links were set up on critical lines.
Outcome
Unplanned downtime fell by 72% year over year. No network-related production loss has been reported.
Healthcare

KVKK audit readiness in three weeks

Healthcare sector · ~260 users · 2023 · 3 weeks

Client name withheld under a non-disclosure agreement
Challenge
Ahead of an upcoming KVKK audit, no logs were being kept and access rights were undefined. Sensitive patient data was stored unencrypted.
Solution
A data inventory was compiled, and a Law 5651-compliant logging infrastructure with timestamping was deployed. A role-based access model was established, and disk encryption was rolled out to all devices.
Outcome
The audit was completed with no findings. Monthly compliance reporting was added to the service after the project.
Legal

Migration from a file server to the cloud and a structured archive

Legal sector · ~35 users · 2024 · 5 weeks

Client name withheld under a non-disclosure agreement
Challenge
4 TB of case files held on a single physical server could not be accessed from outside the office; backups were irregular, and a single disk failure put the entire archive at risk.
Solution
The firm was migrated to Microsoft 365, and the file structure and permissions were redesigned. An immutable archive policy and a third-copy cloud backup were defined.
Outcome
Lawyers can now access files from a mobile device during hearings. Backup restore tests are performed once a quarter.
Retail

Centrally managed SD-WAN across 12 branches

Retail sector · 12 branches · 2023 · 10 weeks

Client name withheld under a non-disclosure agreement
Challenge
Each branch operated independently with its own internet line and equipment. Opening a new branch took two weeks, and any fault required an on-site technician.
Solution
The company moved to a centrally managed SD-WAN architecture. Branch devices are shipped pre-configured and come online automatically the moment they are plugged in. The POS network was placed in a separate segment.
Outcome
New branch rollout time dropped from 2 weeks to 2 days. 85% of branch faults are now resolved remotely.
Logistics

Full takeover of IT operations

Logistics sector · ~90 users · since 2022

Client name withheld under a non-disclosure agreement
Challenge
A one-person IT team could not keep up with 3 warehouses and 90 users, and the company was left without support during leave and sick days. There was no asset inventory.
Solution
All IT operations were taken over under the Managed+ package. On-site staff two days a week, 24/7 remote support and proactive monitoring were put in place. Asset and license records were built from scratch.
Outcome
Average ticket resolution time fell from 11 hours to 45 minutes. IT costs decreased by 23% year over year.
Education

Campus network, content filtering and legally compliant logging

Education sector · ~1,400 users · 2024 · 6 weeks

Client name withheld under a non-disclosure agreement
Challenge
The Wi-Fi network used simultaneously by 1,400 students was congested, content filtering could not be enforced, and the logging obligation under Law 5651 was not being met.
Solution
Access points were repositioned according to classroom density, and a high-density profile was applied. Age-group-based content policies and a legally compliant logging infrastructure were set up.
Outcome
Concurrent connection capacity tripled; disconnection complaints dropped to zero, and legal compliance was achieved.

After handing over the work we used to run with three separate vendors to NODE, both our costs and our downtime dropped noticeably. We now have a single point of contact.

When we report an issue, they don't say "we'll see"; they tell us when it will be resolved. We are very comfortable with how they manage expectations.
